We called the hotel direct, spoke to Kerri, nicest young lady you will ever see, just could not do enough for us.
We arrived early and the room was not ready, they made us very comfortable for a few minutes until it was ready.
Don't know why this hotel is getting bad reviews. It may not be state of the art but it's a lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful. It's a minutes walk to the tube and cafes, shops and restaurants. Portabello market just right...More
