The front desk people (Maxime & Alegna and others as well) were quite helpful, and the location is great if you are going in and out London via train. Euston station is cross the street and King's Cross is a couple of blocks away. The British Museum and other attractions such as Madam Tussaud is in walking distances. If you...

Stayed at this hotel for two nights, rooms are very small for doubles and the on-suite is a wet room shower. The whole on-suite floor floods when the shower is on. The wardrobe is so shallow the spare toilet roll has to be flattened to fit. On checking out we were informed we were being charged £30 damage for non...

Substantial amount of dried blood on duvet and sheets were not fresh. Bedding was changed but no mention of the problem at check-out until I mentioned it. The manager insisted that I should have checked the room upon check-in earlier that evening (who pulls the duvet back as soon as they get into their room?!). I refuted her claim and...

We were treated by our daughter to a night at the Ambassador Hotel. Less than 5 minute walk from Euston Station we were greeted by friendly reception staff and given all the details we needed for our stay. Our room on the 6th floor was spacious and light and had a spotless, large wet room. With tea and coffee (a...

The staff were very polite ,freindly and helpfull. The room was addequate. Warm and clean. The bed however was awful. After 2 nights my back was aching and i was very relieved to get home. The breakfast was excellent and the location was great for transport but i wasnt keen on the local pubs and restraunts.

Room was clean and tidy..HOWEVER it was very small and the bed was extremely squeaky and uncomfortable. location was good but I would defo want a much bigger room to stay here again and I think for many people that would be a deal breaker. Didn't have food here as menu wasn't to my taste but again looked good. Booked...

Just a single nights stay which included full breakfast. The hotel check in was without fuss and the staff were very pleasant. The room was clean and modern with views to the road but the good double glazing meant it was very quiet. There was no bath and the bathroom was very on suite so discretion is required! Sleep was...

Stayed here for a conference and early morning meeting. The hotel has a great look from the outside, is conveniently located near Euston (I walked from St Pancras) and ideal for getting around these areas. The ambience in place was nice and soft. The staff were really attentive to the point when I left something at reception, they tracked me...

I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. It was a smooth and pleasant experience, as you can expect from a 4 star hotel. Service was reasonably efficient, and the room was good - not big, but good for London. The biggest asset particularly for business travelers is the close vicinity to Euston, San Pancras, King's Cross stations....

Booked the rooms 6 months in advance. Check in early, didn't get the room but completed paperwork, nothing untoward or anything mentioned. Get back to the room at 8pm and realise the room is disabled friendly, this means the bathroom is a wet room and the bed and everything else is lower than standard rooms. This isn't normally an issue...
