After a long flight and massive traffic delay I was greeted by the lovely Jenny who allowed me to check-in early by finding an available room at 10ish in the morning … note that the official check-in time is 3:00 pm. If you experience an awesome gesture like that at the start of your stay then only good things can come for the rest of our stay. We stayed here for the 2nd time in 6 month's, both breaks booked via secret escapes. As per previous visit, we received a warm welcome and check in was easy. The room we were allocated had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and was good, although we inadvertently chose the busiest time to go down for breakfast so there was a slight q, but not much. We gave already decided that this will be our default go to hotel on the outskirts of the city.

We had a great time stayed here from the start to end. Arrived early, luckily the staff allowed us to checked in. Rooms are clean, quiet and great decors. Lots of choices for breakfast and the staff are accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Novotel, Staff across the hotel were all warm, friendly and professional. Room was a great size with plenty of space for luggage, bathroom shower was great and room was very clean. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and was impressed with the service and selection. Location was perfect for access to the tube, and the Tower of London, Shard and Borough Markets were all within walking distance. Will definitely return.

Expensive but definitely paying for location. Very handy for tower bridge station. Reasonable rooms. Fantastic, friendly reception staff . Charming chamber ladies.Breakfast ok. Overall a good experience.

To be a Novotel in London, there are better. Room is nice, service also. Well located close to the tube and in a nice place. Breakfast should be reviewed as the quality is average. I suggest Novotel Paddington instead, for a better value/money.

Such a handy location, exit the tube station and its directly facing, it's also right beside tower bridge and a great base for exploring London especially via tube. The hotel itself is spotless and the staff are fantastic, big thank you to Beril who checked us in and was helpful, friendly and couldn't have been more welcoming. The room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and the shower was amazing. We had breakfast Included which was a wide range of cooked and continental items and we we went for a drink the bar one evening and it was the perfect atmosphere to relax after a long day's exploring. All staff members we encountered were professional and friendly and on our last day my 5 year old daughter had an incident where she ran into the glass door and every staff member around the reception area automatically came to make sure she was OK and offer assistance. I can't recommend this hotel enough and I will definitely be returning in the future to stay here again. …

Stayed a few years back and the hotel experience has declined. Reception area is cheap looking and took quite along time to get booked in considering the lack of people waiting. Also there was a strange smell that was unappealing in the area. Room was good, as expected, noticed the noise levels however much worse than previously and had a disrupted sleep. Breakfast was the reason for the lower marks. Far too cramped into a room which doubles as a bar. Tables are too close together and we found ourselves sat next to people who were serving their food with no discernable space. Much of the breakfast was not upnto standard of the Novotel brand, much missing or of poor quality. Would choose a different Novotel in the future if in London despite the location. Worst Novotel experience from all I've been to over past 15 years.…

Fantastic stay from start to finish. We had a lovely experience checking in, as we were a family of 5 we had two rooms interconnecting. Had everything we needed. Used the gym on one morning, it is small but has everything you need. The breakfast buffet was superb. Kids u16 ate free so great value when we only paid for 2 adults. The staff in this hotel couldn't have done more for us.
