Took a cab to the hotel from Kings Cross and it took forever and we got ripped off!Save your money and time. The easiest route is to get a tube to Canary Wharf then walk to the ferry landing . The ferry is free for hotel guests and a pleasant crossing. Check in was easy as Gold members one of...

Search no more! this hotel is brilliant! We stayed here last night. After parking in the basement car park (£12 per overnight stay) we were greeted by friendly staff at reception and although knew the room possibly would not be ready until 3pm explained we were going to a wedding and had to leave the hotel by 14.45 they found...

I stayed for 4 days and in the process I learnef to appreciate the environment, its restaurant and the amazing quality of its staff. As with any Hilton, the beds are comfortable and the room has what you need. They are somewhat small compared to other regions, specially the bathroom but they make you feel well nonetheless. The big drawback...

Stayed a few times now. Usually it is faultless, but this time I found mouldy sandwiches left in my room. They weren't cleaned up when I asked and had to complain again. Bedroom was freezing cold in the king suite, although the living area was warm. Low marks this time, but normally i would rate it 10/10.

This is by far in the top 3 hotels i’ve ever stayed in! The location is lovely, with a free boat trip across from canary wharf to the hotel. It is also a 5 minute taxi drive to canada water tube station so it is easy to get around even in the evening. The staff were friendly and we even...

Our suite overlooked the river, with french doors open to the sound of the tide coming and going and evening lights from the city casting colors over the water. Breakfast was everything one could ask for, literally, with large, perfect cups of cappuccino. Water taxis, scheduled frequently, took us to the museum district, The Globe, sightseeing along the banks. And,...

Stayed here over New Years 2015. Easy to get to from Canary Wharf tube station and then hotel offer a free boat across the river which is a nice touch. Also accessible from Canada Water tube station via the C10 bus, takes you right outside. Room was compact but had everything you require in a hotel room, our balcony was...

Went to this hotel at the start of 2016. I have back issues and the hotel ensured i had reserved parking and was given an upgrade to ensure our stay was comfortable. Nothing was too much for the staff to do especially at reception. The restaurant and menu is very good. At 11.59pm myself and my husband craved some deserts...

Absolutely lovely hotel in a great part of London. Free boat transfer across the Thames to Canary Wharf gives you great access to the whole of London. Staff were excellent and the hotel was clean and well kept. We will be back.

The location of this hotel is ideal for access to really nice restaurants, docklands and Canary Warf. River views are spectacular. Minor service issues, but this did not detract us from a thoroughly nice weekend break at this hotel.
