We have stayed here a couple of times now when visiting London. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes to the underground so doesn't take to long to reach the centre of London. We booked a double ensuite and have been happy with the quality clean rooms every visit and the breakfast is ok for the price of the...

booked because of location, went to a gig at ally pally and stayed one night at this hotel. The room was large, but there was q bit of dust around. The ensuite bathroom again was very large but the shower held up by a shoelace? We also had staff knocking on the door at 1am asking us if we used...

And it was exactly what I expected. The room was small but clean. There was a kettle, sink and tea making facilities. The only issue I did have with the room was that, whilst there was a centralised heating system there was no dial on the radiator so it was on full blast all night & couldn't be stopped -...

Came here for one night and didn't feel welcome one bit. As me and my friend was about to leave the hotel to go to the gig at Alexandra palace we were hassled about paying the £61 for the night even though when we booked the hotel we had already entered all our bank details. The receptionist was rude, pushy...

I've been staying at this hotel since 2011, returning every year for the snooker at Ally Pally and whenever else I'm in London. It's a perfectly good budget hotel - when staying somewhere new, I always ask to see the room before checking in, but haven't needed to do that here for a long time, as I've always found the...

In a great location as muswell hill is great and walking distance to Alexandra palace for world darts. Hotel looks nice from outside but rooms old and run down. No ensuite shower and common toilets have no locks. Also a lot of noise as you can hear people moving about. Breakfast ok. Would definitely go back to muswell hill but...

Well where to start, booking in we were asked if we would like to pay by cash or card, which was a little unsettling considering it was paid for online. The receptionist was very rude and had poor spoken English. After the initial argument we got the keys to a very disappointing room....old, dirty, cold and noisy (the walls between...

Location is ok but that's all good about this place ! The rooms are small , old and stale smelling. The water you can't use at the same time so no sink and shower - very cold takes time to heat up ! Reception very rude and inconsiderate for visited friends. Would say stay away !
