We booked our stay for 2 nights, it was our mini honeymoon and we didn't want to go over the top. This hotel seemed like the perfect place. I have contacted the customer relations team before our arrival and asked for a bottle of champagne and sweet treats. They were very helpful and everything was waiting for us on our...

Really lovely room, shower just brilliant, facilities like tv etc, reception area really tries to live up to 5* rating. Breakfast area looks 5* but when we walked past the food it looked no different to the average 3 0r 4* set up, we did not book breakfast as looked pricey at £20. Don't book via Amoma.com, there system double...

Great location for exploring London tube station minutes away and shops nearby for supplies. Hotel itself modern very clean the room was airy and light due to large windows. Unfort our view at the side window of a flat roof with aircon however you could see shard etc if looked above that. Nice touch re lighting options in the room...

Managed to get a nights stay for £98 and it made our 2 day London trip! Situated a stones throw away from Tower Hill tube station it is the perfect location for getting around and playing tourist for the weekend. Unfortunately we weren't provided with a room that had a view of the river but it was comfortable. Only downside...

Having to catch an early flight I decided to stay at the Grange Tower Bridge, I've stayed at the hotel on a few occasions and in the past I found it to be conveniently situated and of a reasonable standard. I got to bed around midnight and could hear arguing from the room directly above, after a hour I called...

Stayed here for 2 nights for my fiancé's birthday, we were so impressed by the hotel for the price we paid. Hotel is modern and clean throughout, we got a complimentary upgrade at check in and the Executive double room was huge, really nice views across the city. Bathroom was great shower and non steam mirror. Location is also good...

On arrival to this hotel first impressions were Wow, modern design with large floor to ceiling glass and bright coloured neon lights lighting the facades. The reception was bright and spacious to which check in was swift. We were allocated a room on the seventh floor of which was well equipped and had great skyline views of the city via...

Good location neat Tower Hill underground, good clean rooms, comfy bed, a proper bath and polite staff. We were able to leave a bag with the concierge after we'd checked out, and that was a huge benefit to our day's sight-seeing. Will definitely stay again - the best Indian restaurant in London is only 30 yards away too!

I read somewhere that this hotel is a 5 star, well it's not. I stayed for 3 nights recently and the only good part to my stay was the fact that concierge were able to provide me with a charger I forgot to pack. Reception took a while to check in as they couldn't understand billing instructions, we experienced the...

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighbourhood Profile
Whitechapel
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
