We arrived after 6pm, concierge staff were very welcoming. We received a complimentary room upgrade which was nice.
Room was a good size and had two queen sized beds. Mini bar was well stocked but too pricey for us! Good choice of tea and coffee...More
This is a very nice hotel at a sensible price. It's not quite going to rival the mayfair and park lane high end hotels though it will knock the socks off any 4 star in London and there are plenty of London 5 star hotels...More

cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
