The bed was dirty and impossible to breath, couldn't sleep properly. Had to wrap the pillow on dirty clothes to rest a bit ... the mold and fungus was to strong. Talked to management, they did not have other rooms and couldn't give money back ... worst holy day ever! The bathroom is bad planned, and staff is rude.

We stayed for 1 night. All staff very friendly. There is wear and tear and mismatched furniture but its spotlessly clean. The room was small but adequate for a couple with overnight luggage. Clean and comfortable bed. The lift was out of order but again with just overnight luggage this was not a problem. We had breakfast included. Well cooked,...

This is hotel is a million miles away from being a 4 star hotel. Do not waste your money! The outside and the location look great but it's very different behind the front door. There are much nicer places to stay in the area. I certainly wish that we had read Tripadvisor reviews before making this reservation. The staff are...

My daughter booked a surprise afternoon tea at this hotel,it was a pleasant surprise lovely staff chilled atmosphere. The main entrance has a grand look with large mirrors on entering the reception area. On the down side in the restaurant the chairs are rather worn and in need of replacing. Better lighting as in some areas it was rather dark

My companion booked our stay and I was surprised as much as him that it was classed as 4 stars. We only stayed one night and that was enough to judge. The reception guy was very nice and helpful, which is the main positive comment to make. The room was very small, I've had bigger in a Travelodge! There was...

Horrible hotel. Very dirty, neglected, everything pretty much ruined regarding spaces and furniture. Without hot water in the shower. The worst place I've ever been in my whole life, and I have experienced many hotels already (also many cheap hotels, that are ok). This is super expensive for the price: they charge the price of 4 stars and it doesn't...

This was brought on a wowcher ticket and you can see why. Hotel looks beautiful from the outside and has a lovely grand entrance. Then you move into the restaursnt and it looks drab. Leather chairs all worn and tatty, table cloth dirty, cutlery was dirty. Cakes were lovely (Brought in not made) Sandwiches were nice and tea was in...

I stayed at this hotel with my wife for our anniversary, and the hotel is marketed as being a four star hotel. This is clearly not the case, and you appear to be paying a lot for the location, which is very convenient. Upon checking in we were asked to provide a credit card as a guarantee and I expressly...

Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
