I needed a last minute hotel within my work allowance that is £97 per night. It is not often that I get a decent place in a good location within budget. I was delighted with this place. I had a single room on the top floor. It was clean and basic and has a TV that works and a decent...

Oh my goodness! I am almost speechless. I can't review what it's like staying here, but I can tell you not to try to discuss anything with the front of house staff by telephone. A simple request for two adjacent rooms proved so challenging that my booking was rudely and abruptly declined. The individual declined to give her name to...

On the face of it this review seems to be a sorry indictment of a hotel with poor customer service, however, you should ask one question: what did HE do to be rejected in such a way? After all, this was potentially a very good booking for a small B&B; two rooms for a couple of days would be a...

Stayed with my husband and son in a triple room Lovely comfortable room very clean and a nice view from front of hotel Round the corner from St Pancras and an excellent position for getting around London. Amazing breakfast choice everything you could think of and a lovely cooked English breakfast for my husband. Scramble egg and salmon for me....

Superb location, spotlessly clean, 4* dining room and breakfast, quiet rooms, friendly efficient staff and the manager in a suit at the door to welcome you. Will be back to enjoy this central location just a 25 minute walk to Camden Lock and the stables markets. If we hadn't enjoyed such a delicious full English breakfast we would have tried...

The hotel was very clean and on a charming (and relatively quiet) street between Euston Station & Kings Cross making both easily walkable. The English breakfast was great & the staff in the dining room very friendly. The wifi never worked in my room and was spotty even downstairs; I had a data plan so it wasn't an issue, but...

I regularly stay here when in London on business. It is well located being a short walk from Euston, St Pancrass and Kings Cross Stations. It is also close to Brunswick for a eating and shops. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the Wifi is good. Breakfast is included in the price and the smoked salmon and scrabbled...

We wanted a nice, comfortable place to stay that allowed us to visit London without breaking the bank. The Harlingford delivered this and much, much more. The room was bright, clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great. And the cat and dog are ace. The hotel is in a great location with some...

For the 3rd time, we spent 3 nights in the Harlingford in July and each time we appreciated it. The staff is really friendly and although the rooms are rather small, they are quiet and have everything you need to have a good stay. The beds are very comfortable, toiletries are supplied in the bathroom, the shower is verey good,...

We have stayed at the Harlingford many times over the years and found it really great: Good value, terrific breakfasts, clean rooms, friendly and good service and very convenient location for Bloomsbury attractions as well as Kings Cross/St Pancras stations. HOWEVER, on our last stay, in July 2016, we had cause to complain that the hotel dog barked a lot...

We don't pretend to be the perfect hotel in central London, but what we are is honest, which is more than can be said for this review. True, these guests stayed here many times (we must have been doing something right) and, knowing the husbands infirmity, we always gave them the triple room on the ground floor for easy access...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
