Checked in this morning but room wasn't available. But this was expected as check in was stated as 3 pm. Great location just across Trafalgar Square and train station. Friendly check in staff. No complaints. Will definitely be back.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

This is somewhat unique in the Hilton chain in London. It's all about location and the views over Trafalgar Square. I've stayed here a few times and I finally managed to bag the corner room on the second floor on my last visit. It's worth any premium and quite a treat to wake up and watch the tourist activity below....

This was the perfect spot to see London from. Almost everything was within walking distance, and for places that we not the tube was very nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast consisted of a variety of fruits, meat, cheese and bread and was wonderful. If we ever find ourselves...

Hotel was very noisy for renovations and street traffic as well. Because of renovations rooftop bar was closed and there were constructions noises from 8 to 5. Dumpster truck at night was very noisy also. Seemed like windows were open

We paid a lot to stay here last weekend... unfortunately we were not told there was renovations going on... tried to have a drink in the bar but the barman was far too busy showing ladies how to make cocktails to serve us... reception staff were most unhelpful and we almost felt like we were in the way... work started...

This hotel is located on the south-west corner of Trafalgar Square, walking distance to the National Gallery, National Portrait Gallery and Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. The bar/breakfast area is almost immediately at the entrance, which can be a bit disconcerting, but if you sit toward the back of the area it's fine. There are only a few...

I used to stay at the Trafalgar a lot because of the location and satisfactory rooms and hotel amenities. However, I won't be staying there again. The hotel has been under construction for a very long time, so there has been no fitness center for the last year and there is construction noise between the hours of about 8am and...

Hotel has an awesome location -close to buckingham, Big Ben, the eye, and several eateries/bars. Close to theatre district which has the best eateries. Hotel staff friendly, rooms clean. Noisy outside though due to downtown garbage pick -ups and local construction. I would stay there again though. Very nice and GREAT location

Staying in St. James's

Neighbourhood Profile
St. James's
Perennially fashionable since the days of Henry VIII, the aristocratic “Clubland” of St James's is a premier destination for high end craft and bespoke design. Here you’ll lose count of the Royal Warrants (which indicate that the Royal Family patronizes the establishment) seen in shop front windows, even during a short stroll to bordering Green Park or St James’s Park. With the brightly lit and constantly buzzing junction of Piccadilly Circus at its northeast corner and none of Central London too far away, this is an surprisingly central and accessible part of town, especially given its prosperous demeanor.
