I was extremely pleasantly surprised about everything offered during my stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated and clean. It was filled with every little high tec option i could think of from a tv in the bathroom mirror to an ipad where i could set alarms and order room service. The people working there were very kind and helpful. The... More

Smallest room I have ever stayed at in London. Despite the extras such as "Hastens" bed, hi tech light system and Nespresso, the room was very uncomfortable and claustrophobic. No space to place a suitcase; wardrobe too short for dresses; shower ridiculously small; not even a small surface to put a purse. Not really a good choice if you are... More

Me and my boyfriend had a two night stay last weekend and we honestly couldn't find fault with this place. Everything was beyond the standard expected and the staff were very welcoming and service throughout the whole stay was great. The beds were very comfy and we didn't want to get up either of the mornings but the breakfast was... More

Nice little hotel. Very well located. Nice and quiet. Good for business and also for family stays. Walking distance from Victoria station. Very convenient if you fly in to London from Gatwick. Best quality in beds and high tech room with magic glass in the bathroom. Friendly and professional staff. Good selection of breakfast with gluten-free bread and free-lactose milks.

Spent the night for a business trip, everything was great. I had to follow up for my invoice though, as I received the thank you mail but not the invoice, which I still haven't received. The room itself was tricked out with some fun technology

The tapas was delicious, with generous portions and some very interesting dishes - I look forward to returning and working my way through the rest of the menu! The service was very friendly, and the setting stylish. All in all I had a very enjoyable evening, and look forward to returning.

Went for birthday drinks and tapas. Very smart setting with wonderfully friendly and attentive staff. Tapas are delicious and very generously sized - you won't need supper later! Reasonable wine list and not too expensive. Recommended.

The hotel is lovely, conveniently located, elegant, the staff are really wonderful, but the rooms are really too small. You can barely move around, there is no place to rest your luggage, no desk, no chair... The only place where you can sit is the bed or a tiny stall. Too bad, because everything else is really ok.

Had a delicious meal on Valentine's Night, with excellent service- attentive but discreet. The food is tapas with a French twist- sounds unusual but really worth trying and beautifully presented. Nice decor too. Recommended and only two minutes from Victoria.

Dear APHB, I am delighted that you enjoyed your Valentine's meal at Tapas37! I grew up in France, so I wanted to take some classic dishes from my childhood memories and modernise them by serving them in a new and different way (in tapas format). I hope you will come and dine with us again! Wishing you all the best.... More

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
