Good Location. Good Service. Clean. However, on one of the coldest days/nights of the year they seem not to have discovered Central Heating. It is NOT on.

Horrible dark basement room with no window. Very hot. Would not recommend or visit again even if they offer free stay . The only positive thing is location of the place as it's very central and close to local pubs .
My wife and I have just stayed here for two nights. The rooms are small, but very clean and ideal for exploring London. It is only a 2 minute walk to Russell Square Tube station on the Piccadilly Line.
