I booked a room at the Kings cross hotel last minute due to a mix up with a hostel nearby. I'll start by saying I was only expecting a bed and thats about as good as it got. The drain in the shower didn't drain so it flooded within 3 minutes of running the shower, the room was cramped and...

For what you pay for, this hotel is very lovely stay in with very friendly and helpful staff members. Only small problems such as the room size and slight mess you end up making with the shower as it leaks out. However, it was overall a pleasant stay for the short time my friends and I stayed and would recommend.

Hi, stayed here as a group of 5 lads that are not very fussy where they sleep. However we'd like to not be bitten in the night by??? Woke up this morning, one of the lads is coverered in small bites. Also in room 6 you can only shower for about 20 seconds, until the old water fills the bottom...

Room was disgusting - no bedside anything to even put the phone on for alarm. Bathroom was beyond filthy and freezing. The bedroom door lock was fragile and once I was in I was actually terrified to leave. First thing I did on getting to my room was look up laterooms.com to see if I could find ANYWHERE else to...

I have stayed in budget accommodation/hostels in the likes of Europe, Asia & Australia & have never come across something so bad - especially as it is meant to be a hotel!! The room was too small to actually fit me, my partner and our bags in the room. We changed rooms because of this but then missed out on...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
