The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The hotel was just what we were looking for -- perfect location and a nice, quiet street. I recommend highly for visitors who are looking for a convenient, no-frills vacation.
A great place close to Covent Garden that's like an oasis of peace and yet easily accessible for shopping forays. Staff was helpful. My room was relatively spacious especially compared to the tiny rooms around King's Cross. A definite recommendation.
