The hotel is ideally situated, a leisurely 10-minute walk on some quiet Streets but still very close to st. Pancras! It's located in a small crescent which does not give you the impression to be in busy London at all. The hotel has no lift, but I read this on the information on booking.com, So I requested a quiet room...

I initially chose to stay here because it was close to St Pancras and we could leave our luggage whilst we went to France for a few days. However I now have many more reasons to stay here again: 1 The staff are lovely and very accommodating. They even gave us a generous breakfast tray because we would be leaving...

I stayed one night. Had a nice first floor room with lovely view over the tennis courts in Cartwright gardens. Room nice and clean bed comfy .Had to share bathroom and toilet facilities which was not really a problem Pleasant staff and an excellent breakfast. Great fairly quiet location for Euston, Eurostar and the West End

I just had the 1 night here but it was good. I was traveling alone but got a quad room with a double bed, and private bathroom for £80. Included a good cooked breakfast. Friendly staff, but note there is no lift which would have been a pain with lots of luggage etc

Thank you for your review. The building is a listed historic property and so we have no lift. We will, whenever we can, help any guest who requests assistance with their luggage. Please return soon.

I had a single room and it was very small but clean and had everything I needed for one night. Tue bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Shower and toilet facilities were shared and at the end of the corridor. Facilities were very clean but small and cramped. The breakfast was lovely but the breakfast room was...

Thank you for your review. We are sorry the breakfast room was busy when you chose to have your breakfast. This sometimes happens when everyone resident at the hotel decides to eat at the same time. The breakfast room is usually most tranquil at the beginning of the breakfast serving period. We trust that you will return again soon.

The hotel is very nice, been here before so didn't hesitate to come here again. Staff is always very nice and breakfast is always very good. Room and hotel very clean. This time we stayed in a room on level 2 and was tiring using the stairs as no lift available. Other then that, love the place.

Close to Euston station. Budget hotel if you just want somewhere to stay. Clean and friendly staff. Cooked and continental breakfast. I would recommend it. We had room G4 - Only negative was that bathroom was a little neglected - Blocked sink plug hole.

Situated in the heart of London, near Russel Square tube station, this small hotel in the recently refurbished Georgian terrace house boasts perfectly clean rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast. When I'm in London next time, I'll definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!
