The hotel was OK and the price was very good for London. The location is very good, close to Paddington Station, Hyde Park and Oxford Street. A simple breakfast was included in a very small breakfast room. The staff was effective though, and there were available tables because they cleaned swiftly after someone had left and always refilled the buffet.

The hotel itself is situated in a great area of central London, and very close to Paddington station and the circle line and airport trains. Rooms in the hotel are ok are best. Ours was very noisy, from the street and other guests. They are also very cramped and don't offer much besides a bed, cupboard and desk. The shower...

Stayed here earlier on this week for a couple of nights. Location is great, close to Edgware Road and Paddington, as well as close to Hyde Park. Service was good, staff were always pleasant when checking in/out and passing through. Small hotel.. which means the rooms are pretty small. One plug socket per room. Bathroom was tiny, and the shower...

The room was small but the beds were perfectly comfortable. The location was excellent for central London. However, the bathroom was very small (and the shower door could really have done with a deep clean). However, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, something I have never come across before. Also, be aware that you get...

This hotel is ideally situated for access to Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express. The welcome is efficient but cold and don't expect the staff to hold the door open while you struggle to take your suitcase out. It's in the long line up of hotels in Sussex Gardens which I expect are all pretty much the same - conversions...

The hotel is in a great location however they switch off the heating during the night so you wake up freezing cold until the heating comes on again. The rooms are small and the ensuite was dirty and tiny. Didn't have the breakfast provided as I left early due to how cold the room was and the draft coming from...

on arrival we were first told we had not booked which was annoying as we had 2 rooms booked, it turned out the room had been booked in someone else's name so that was sorted out. We were given the key to rom 212 which we found down some steps off the main corridor where my wife then fell into...

Arrived just before 2pm on our check in day to be informed that due to the hotel being busy we would not be able to check in until 2.30pm. However due to emailing on booking we where allocated a parking space out front. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. On returning back to the hotel at 3pm we where greeted...

Stayed 5 Nights in November. 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station, Heathrow Express about 15 minutes. The Hotel is clean, the beds are really good. Breakfast was white and Brown bread for toast. Boiled egg, ham, cheese, marmelade and som kind of corn and milk. That was all, but everything tasted very good, så for us this was quite ok....
