The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes from Paddington station. Also some lovely cafe's in the area. The room was nice. A double bed & a single bed. Breakfast was okay, not great but you get what you pay for. The only reason I wouldn't stay here again is because the wifi was horrendous. We couldn't...

Owi on reception was super helpful & found me a room as the Kingsway Park hotel i had booked into was dirty, dusty & questionable at best. The room I had at the Nayland was much much better, it was large, clean & very close to Paddington station & the location of the course I was attending. Ideal place to...

Stayed 1 night to save travelling hoe to Herts after a Hyde Park summertime concert. Good location for Hyde Park and some nice pubs around the area too. On checking in we were taken out of the hotel, walked 4 doors down and into another simialr hotel to our room! There was no explanation at all. Assume both owned by...

This hotel is ideally situated , close to Paddington station and many restaurants and pubs. Hotel is very clean, but the room is very small and unusually there were no tea/coffee making facilities. I was a bit surprised to get orange squash at breakfast rather than juice but as other reviewers have said you get what you pay for and...

Arrived at 11am and left our case in reception, had already phoned and advised to say that we would be going to Hyde Park for a concert. In return at 11pm we were sent with out case to sister hotel Beverley 4 doors down the road. As we made our way down the stairs a mouse ran down the corridor...

We have stayed 3 nights. I've liked the fact that they had both English and European plugs in the room so no adapter needed...the water was hot even in the night and the location is very quite and close to a lot of pubs/restaurants as well as to metro stations. From past experiences in London I would say that this...

It's cheap. Which means some things. The TV didn't work. Thankfully I have an idea with TVs and managed to fix ours. Similarly there was a problem with the kettle that we figured out and solved. Both were reported to reception. However the breakfast is great, the reception staff are friendly and responsive. They told us we had a room...

Room was basic but clean and comfortable. There is a problem with hot water in the shower if you use it during peak periods like first thing in the morning or later at night. If too many people are using showers at the same time, hot water is not readily available. Staff at this hotel are very nice and friendly...

I needed an inexpensive place for a stopover in London, returning from the north of England to the US. The Nayland is an exceptionally easy walk (maybe five minutes? less?) to Paddington to catch the Heathrow Express and is well-situated for a place to grab a bite to eat in the evening or for a walk in Hyde Park-Kensington Gardens....
