Thank you Marriott for the terrific Saturday night stay in Maida Vale (ok, seemed mighty close to Kilburn to me). The staff were welcoming and helpful with all aspects of our stay. The room was welcoming and bright as was the lobby and restaurant. The pub across the street served real ale which I appreciated too. For its proximity to...

Stayed one night on a business trip. this was my second visit. Hotel had been refurbished since my last visit. Huge improvement. Decor is modern and chic, showers are fantastic and i had one of the best sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. Bathroom products were really nice and loads of fluffy towels. I originally was given a room...

Excellent value and a great location to access central London. Plenty of cabs/Uber, and bus/Underground are nearby. 5 minute walk to Kilburn Park station. It was our first time in London, but we'd stay there again! Lucky to have a kitchen in our room, and Sainsbury's/M&S Simply Food are just up the road. Popped over to the station to get...

A well situated Hotel close to the centre. The concierge at this hotel was excellent. There is parking at the hotel which is expensive but balanced by the cost of the rooms. The Hotel rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Check-in was a bit arduous till the concierge intervened and smoothed the whole process. There were 2 major problems with...

Dear LiverpoolSt, Thank you for reviewing our hotel based on your stay with us in November 2016. We are very pleased to confirm that we have now completed all of our bedroom renovations and associated works. This included work to our boilers and pumps to ensure plentiful hot water supply to all of bedrooms following the upgrade of our individually...

The rooms at this hotel are now fresh and brand new. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, large screen tv and other amenities. I loved the new rooms so much that I preferred laying in bed all day! I had to remind myself I needed to go out shopping. The executive lounge had a good selection of food for breakfast. The location...

booked this hotel through expedia, for the 10th-11th December. Arrived at the hotel, and went to check in only to be told that we were 2 days late for our reservation and we were in fact supposed to be staying at this hotel on the 8th-9th December. This was completely untrue as I got up all of my booking conformation and...

Dear bexmaddo, We are so sorry for the distress this situation caused you and your friends and that dates were incorrectly booked via a third party agent. It is unfortunate that we are limited in how we can assist in these situations as the reservation was not confirmed through any of our hotel’s direct channels. In most cases, when booked...

We stayed here for a weekend whilst visiting London to see The Jersey Boys in Dec. It's about 8 stops on the Bakerloo line from Oxford Circus and then a 2 min walk so a good base. Also means you can relax around Kilburn Park which has loads of shops so handy for bits n bobs you may have forgotten...

Stayed here for the third time but the hotel is not worth it! Might look for another hotel for my next stay in london. The reception staff is never interested and half of the time are inside and as a result the guests are waiting for them rather than they waiting for guests. Rooms are newly made which is latest...

Let me be clear, there is Maida Vale, an upscale suburb and there is Kilgore, a working mans town. This hotel sits on the boundary between the two. It is located between an English Pub that is the hangout for Albanians and a Muslim Center of London. It is on the BakerLoo line so its a 7 minute walk to...
