A small, but extremely comfortable room. Breakfast correct. Very good service. Friendly people doing their best for the client. Just a piece of advice to potential customers: don't go to breakfast after 7.30, you might end up in a queue. I highly recommend this hotel and I'l go back there. I usually organise trips to London for my (not so... More

The hotel has good location, the Paddington metro station is just 5 min walking distance. Actually we were just walking to everywere, Hyde Park, Buckingham, Big Ben, Picadelly. The rooms were clean and the reception was nice. If you get the neighbours, for sure, you will hear them. The breakfast is average:(, it dos'nt not make you smile..

Perfectly situated hotel near Paddington. Although close to many amenities, the block itself is quiet. Fernando is an excellent host. This hotel is of course home to small rooms, but they are spectacularly clean and the bathrooms are newly renovated. Next time I visit London I'm coming back. Loved it.

We enjoyed a two night stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The family room was clean and tidy, although the shower room was a small as it could possibly be. Be prepared to queue for breakfast, which needs to be eaten between 6.30 and 8.30. A little early for teenagers!

We were in London for one night for a funeral. This hotel was great for getting out and about as it is so close to Paddington station and underground. It is set back on a quiet street yet only a 1 minute walk from the station. The hotel was clean tidy and breakfast good we had to cross the rd... More

We stayed here this week...I was hesitant after the reviews....Maybe should take more notice of them. Staff were friendly, it was also clean and freshly decorated however it's quite old fashioned inside. I didn't like the room set up for 5 of us...walk through one room to get to back 2 bedrooms ( no doors) 2 sinks in 2 back... More

A tidy, neat hotel which is situated across both sides of the road that is well located for Paddington Station which gives access to the whole of London very easily and quickly. Reception staff friendly, helpful and efficient with very clear and concise explanation of facilities, breakfast location etc. Room was clean and well appointed although no air conditioning which... Stayed here last fall and this review is long overdue. Maybe things are better now, but I kept thinking about our experience here, which kind of put a damper on our whole family trip. Basic budget hotel, old beds, not super comfy, bathroom so tiny you can hardly turn around (and I'm a 5'3" thin girl). I could tell they... More

Myself and my friends arrived on a Friday evening, before we were shown to our room we were told we have to pay for the next night in advance, this was strange to us but we went along with it. We were shown to a triple room which was ridiculously small, with a tiny bathroom! Tired from our journey we... More

Myself & 2 work colleagues booked this hotel for a weekend away. We stayed one night and could not face another. The tiny room we shared (double and single bed, with tiny shower room) was riddled with bed bugs. What was interesting was the acceptance from the gentleman at the desk (as if to say 'oh yeah..THOSE bugs..'). We were... More
