Booked this hotel for 5 days for my london trip. Pros: Location. The hotel is 2min walk to earls court where u can take the train all over london as well as less than hour ride to Gatwick. Also, plenty of resturants, pub, supermarket ad well as currency exchange places near by. Nandos is on the same street. Wifi is...

Thank you for pointing out the pros and cons of your visit to our hotel. I am sorry that you were disappointed with the buffet breakfast but would like to say in our defence that we know of no hotel which serves breakfast at 3pm. Although there are no safes in the bedrooms, we do have a large safe at...

My wife and I arrived in London a few weeks ago to find that our travel agent had messed up our reservations and we were without a hotel for the first night. After checking reviews of nearby hotels on TripAdvisor, we found the Hotel Rushmore and they were able to accommodate us at a reasonable price. The staff was very...

It's good to hear that you are a returning guest to Rushmore Hotel. I'm sorry you were disappointed with certain aspects of the hotel such as breakfast. We try to offer a varied selection including fruit juices, cereals, yogurt & fresh fruit, in addition to the items which you mentioned. However, we don't serve a full English breakfast which some...

This hotel has a decent value for your money and it has good pros and some big cons. Pros: (1) it is one block away from Earl's Court train station which gives you easy transportation to and from the Gatwick Airport (40 minutes, 2 trains), (2) There's several places to eat nearby and (3) it is not far from main...

Thank you for sharing your views about your experience at Rushmore Hotel. Although you were disappointed with the size of the shower and the lack of a lift, I'm glad you liked the hotel's location, access to transport links and nearby amenities. My staff are usually praised for good service so I can only apologise for any shortcomings this time....

Hotel Rushmore just steps from the Earls Court tube station is in a perfect location for London visitors. Also, it is located in a neighborhood area close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. The staff is friendly and helpful...so what more could one wish for!

I've just left the hotel after a one night stay. The hotel is very easy to find; right around the corner from Earl's Court Underground Station. The hotel itself is fine. I had booked a single room but was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to Room 40 that I was put in a family room. This room was...

Despite the challenge of walking up several flights of stairs to the top floor, I'm glad you were happy with your room and found our hotel comfortable and good value for money. Your feedback is gratefully received and I hope you'll have the opportunity of sampling our breakfast on a future occasion.

I returned to the Rushmore again after a 8 month break and really my view has not changed , its still one of the better hotels in Earls Court. Good value, I got an ensuite room with Continental Breakfast for les than £50, which in London in August was very good. Room Ok for one night , the shower seemed...

It's a pleasure for us to welcome guests back for a return visit so I'm happy you chose to stay at Rushmore Hotel for a second time. Apart from finding the shower too small, you seemed to have enjoyed your stay and we hope you will become one of our regular guests, without the need for going on a diet...

Very close to Earls Court underground and close to many shops, pubs and restaurants. The rooms are small, but thats standard in London. The bed in room 22 was not to recommend (far to hard for lightweigthers). Breakfast was OK. I recommend this most for its location!

The location of our hotel, close to the station and just a short walk from local amenities, is a strong selling point for us, as you have so rightly pointed out. I'm sorry you found your bed too hard even with the extra layer of cushioning which was placed over the mattress, following your complaint to the housekeeper. Our beds...

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we told the receptionist there was a mix up in our booking so they moved us to a bigger room no problem.
