You will see a lot of reviews here that talk about the quality of this hotel / B&B. It is absolutely accurate - my two teen-kids and I stayed for four nights in a triple room, and it was really great.

I really loved this B&B and so glad I found it. The location is wonderful...in a quiet residential area but close to restaurants. Also, it's very close to Victoria Station so you can easily get anywhere in London. Everyone working there was so nice. We...More
My teenage daughter and I stayed at the Lime Tree for a week in March. We had a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel. It is well kept and in a great, quiet neighborhood (Belgravia). The staff was very helpful in offering advice also. We...More
Neighborhood is near Victoria Coach station (buses) and Victoria Station (subway and trains). Safe within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, transportation and shops. I stayed with my husband and 10 year old son and never once felt unsafe. Staff is super helpful and nice,...More
Not wanting to pay the price for one of the luxury hotels, I also didn't want to stay in a generic one. The Lime Tree Hotel was the perfect fit - in beautiful Belgravia, rooms with a fireplace, 11-ft ceilings with original trim, and a...More
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw
away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.

When we were there in September for a week, we had a great complementary breakfast everyday. They were fully cooked from full English to continental what ever you wanted. The full English included bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes, baked beans and toast. You could also choose any portion of that such as the toast and bacon I liked or porridge (oatmeal), yogurt etc. They also brought around a danish and croissant basket. Every morning you were brought a pot of tea or coffee. The service was fantastic! Breakfast at the Lime tree was the thing we miss most about our stay in London!

"Ask for a quiet room away from Elizabeth Street."
