We arrived at the hotel, to be told we would be staying in the annex, this is not a property connected to the main hotel, it is located about five mins walking, Up a street & around a corner. Our room, was really cold, this we did not realise until the middle of the night, I got up to switch...

This was a good sized room for a family of 5. Great location close to Paddington Station. Breakfast was included in the room rate which was a nice inclusion. The building is old and showing signs of age, a bit of a weird smell but overall a great place and we would stay there again.

I would give 10 stars for the look, the packaging, and the feel of this quaint tiny family-run hotel in the heart of London. We stayed one night only (unfortunately), and we got the room at the 2nd floor with a nice spacious balcony! Room is relatively small maybe for many, but for us, it was just enough space for...

Booked for a three-night vacation with my family (including two kids). Very nice family room at reasonable price. Excellent location. Old, but charming building (late 19th century). Room was a bit small, but nicely renovated and comfortable enough. Hotel does not have elevator, but staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Less than 5 minutes walk from Paddington Stration,...

We booked a twin room for 3 nights and paid for the Full English breakfast. Our room was in the annexe building just around the corner , however you go to the main hotel for an excellent breakfast. Yes there are lost of steps due to no elevators but please remember these are listed buildings maintaining the character of their...

We were 7 friends who stayed here in two family rooms in the main building. The rooms were on the 3rd and 4th floor, but the friendly receptionist carried our heaviest luggage all the way, even though there was no elevator. The rooms were nice, the bathrooms in particular, especially for the reasonable pricing. The breakfast was also very enjoyable,...

My other trips to London had horrible hotel experiences. In London you really have to be careful. One hotel (that cost more than this one) shook every time the tube went under. It was like the blues brothers scene, "so often you don't notice it." In another hotel. I had to move the bed to open the bathroom door. For...

This is the second time we have stayed here and we were met with friendly service and a comfortable room. Visiting a city especially London, normally means you are out and about most of the time, this is good location near Paddington and Lancaster Underground station. Breakfast is tasty especially the scrambled eggs!
