The lobby is welcoming and the staff friendly. The beds were uncomfortable to sleep in with very basic rooms. Breakfast was full English but however was cold. Bathrooms was fine. Lifts avaliable, shop and drinks machines. I wouldn't stay here again.
Good location, 5 min walk from Russell Square station, close to shops, and the London pub is not bad for a cheap and easy meal
