First time stay at The Grange we were met by very friendly and professional reception staff. Easy check in and a lift to the fourth floor room saw us into a well furnished and decorated room. Perfect for a couple intent on a bit of London exploration! A quiet comfortable night followed by a delicious buffet breakfast. If staying here,...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

It was a pleasure to stay here a couple of weeks ago for one night but we would certainly make this our go to place when staying in London. The lady that was on reception when we checked in and out was so lovely and made us feel like we had made the right choice straight away! The room was...

A great location not too far from Oxford Street! Fairly quick check in made easy by the polite reception staff.. upon entering my room it had a slight musky smell, the rooms are small do not expect a lot of room! The bathrooms are quite old with a rusted shower heads and taps, which is quite off putting, the shower...

It's very hard to find somewhere decent and reasonably priced in London and this is definitely both. Slightly lacking in atmosphere in the entrance area but other than that, not a lot to criticise. Our room was very small, but it was also spotlessly clean, well furnished and comfortable. The location of the hotel (which happens to be just opposite...

Second time staying here and doubt it will be the last. Room are nice and clean. Ideal location and not overly noise for central London! Staff are always lovely, kind and helpful. Can not fault my stay at all.

We originally booked into a sister hotel but on arrival, we were informed that the hotel were overbooked so we were moved to this hotel a few blocks away. We were excited at the prospect of having been upgraded to an 'executive' room but were sadly disappointed. We got the keys from reception and went upto our room, but the...

Although not our first stay in a London Grange hotel, this was our first stay at the Grange Fitzrovia. The hotel was very clean and tidy and all staff were ultra professional and pleasant through out our stay. Our room was really nice and spacious-not massively wide but very long and an exceptionally large, modern Bathroom. Breakfast was good with...

Small quiet hotel within 5 minute walk of regents street/oxford circus. Very friendly helpful staff. Rooms are adequate- comfortable, very clean and quiet. You could walk past this hotel as there are no signs proclaiming its existence, but you would be missing a wee gem. From the moment we received our room number, staff were there to assist, ensure your...

We were given a small but newly refurbished room where you bumped your head on the angled ceiling. No side table on one side of the bed, so room was only meant for one. A single businessperson would be fine and I believe that is the main purpose of this hotel not so good for tourists.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Although the hotel is close to Oxford and Regent Streets maybe you should try one of our other hotels close to the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace or St. Paul's Cathedral for more tourist attractions.
