Just returned from long weekend in London. The hotel is very close to the Great Portland underground and also within walking distance to the Baker Street station. The room we had was somewhat outdated but very comfortable with all the basic amenities. No minibar and no gym. The breakfast menu was quite pricey even for London - but there are...

I stayed there for 2 days as part of an official trip..Right in the centre next to the great portland street station. Unfortunately got the room in the basement with a wall to look at outside. The rooms are ver small with a tiny bathroom. The bed was something that fall off a wall and pushed back in. At night...

Stayed for 1 night as part of a night out in London. This hotel is situated extremely close to Great Portland St station which is perfect if you are wanting Oxford St, Covent Garden, Piccadilly etc. The room was extremely clean, very nicely furnished and bathroom looked brand new. Only minor thing was the bar...only did the house wine by...

This was a very short stay but we were happy the choice. Booked on the basis of value & location. The entrance & bar is welcoming and traditionally smart. The bedroom was modern and bed comfortable. Bathroom modern & clean - more than acceptable. Did not have breakfast as not included in room rate and additional £23pp which seems excessive....

I stayed here whilst on business so didn't pay for or select this hotel myself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to Oxford street for those who want to shop and a number of tube stations. The rooms were small and seemed a little outdated. I was lucky enough to...

Short visit therefore short review. Couldn't fault it for the price. Helpful check in and check out. Room clean. Didnt have time or inclination to have breakfast as it seemed over priced and the bar could have served at least one craft ale on pump.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Furnishings are a bit dated, and room was typical of European size (small). Wifi was not very strong. Location is convenient to many shopping, eating and public transit facilities.

Booked on Late Rooms for a w/end deal, never heard of this hotel. Very nice staff, always helpful. Rooms not large but this is London and like most cities, unless you are paying top whack and even then not always, rooms will be small. Rooms have all you need, bed very comfortable and a nice range of toiletries. Did not...

What a great weekend at the Fitzrovia in London. On arrival we found a lovely fruit bowl awaiting us for our anniversary weekend and a really good room with all we needed. The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome
