Thin walls and a connecting room meant a sleepless night. The people on either side were not being particularly rowdy but we could hear everything, until after 1am. Small basic bathroom, hairdryer does not have mirror in front of it. Boring room. We had a view of an industrial looking internal courtyard. After our terrible night sleep we realised we...

I usually stay in this hotel when I go to London. It's central, opposite the lovely Regents Park and close to 3 different tube stations. Yet it's tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of London. There are great restaurants around and you can walk to London zoo and Madame Tussaud's. Highly recommend it!

Nothing wrong with this hotel and we had a typically sized room for two. London rooms are usually small compared to elsewhere in this price range, so no surprises. Building is in concrete-block style, and felt in need of a modernization programme - slowly drifting out of date. All in all it did the job but without frills.

Stayed here on st Patrick's weekend. Very pleasant staff who were very helpful. It was very nice inside and food was good too. We had room service for lunch one day. The location is so central with multiple tube stations nearby. I will say to beware that parking is no included in the price or even a discount. I was...

Hello Paul C, I would like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with your comments and rate your experience with a 4 out of 5. My friend and I were lucky to get a reasonable price for our 1 night stay between Christmas and the New Year. The hotel is well located, clean, staff are helpful and the room had everything we needed - there wasn't much traffic noise so that was a bonus. We didn't have breakfast here as we thought that it was...

We had an incredible stay in this hotel. Absolutely astonishing how consistently above and beyond the service is at this hotel. Everybody is constantly going out of their way to make your experience as hospitable and enjoyable as possible, and they are doing it with pleasure. This was our first time visiting London. Visited this hotel for one night and the hotel is situated just down the road from Great Portland St. tube station and is easy to find. The building externally is an ugly grey monstrosity situated amongst many beautiful buildings. The hotel is perfectly situated for Regents Park and other London attractions either on foot or via the Tube. We found...

A good hotel in a good location, ideal for London Zoo, just a few hundred meters from Regents Park underground. Staff were very good, check in very quick and easy. Room was quite basic and small, bathroom even smaller, so even though rooms were clean and tidy, presented beautifully, the rooms are small. The bed was not the best quality...
