Stayed in the 2 bed apartment for 1 night. Slightly disappointed that this was not ready when we arrived 1 hour after allowed check in time. Staff however were very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is in the basement but still very bright. Lounge spacious but the other rooms a bit on the small side. Furniture a bit mix...

The Hadleigh is a reasonably-priced hotel in a very convenient location. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very nice bathroom. Reception was very friendly and helpful with advice for getting around. Small extra charge for voucher to eat breakfast in hotel across the street. There were 2 wi-fi networks, but since I was between them on the second...

Pros: Great location, clean, very central, welcoming staff and the bed was good too. Cons: I found it a bit noisy the night I was there, the shower thermostat took a bit of getting used too and the price I paid was a bit above what I have paid before.

This hotel is very basic, bedrooms are not so spacious But you have enough space, it's not tiny. And it's clean - or it seems so. The bed was ok, not too bad. Bathroom is clean, new and very nice. There is nothing else: sleep, have a shower and that's it. But the position is perfect: 3 min walk to...

With only four minutes to the shops of Oxford Street and good sized bedrooms this hotel is worth it`s money! Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for three nights in a executive double room. The room was large with a big bathroom, TV, small kitchen-corner, hairdryer and safe. The only negative thing is the noises that was a bit...

My wife and I stayed in the Hadleigh for 1 night on 21st March. Because it was a last minute booking we were allocated a room on the top floor. As we are quite elderly and as there are no lifts we found the stairs very steep and for us difficult to negotiate. On seeing a sign saying "vacancies" I...

I stayed here for one night in May 2012, and was amazed at finding a guesthouse so centrally located that was under £100 a night. I paid a full £100 for what was dubbed the 'Superior Twin Room'. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed that my room was no longer available, but was offered cut-price on a single room, or...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.

“Room Nr 3 is not facing the main street and was surprisingly quiet! Maybe noisy if people check-out early in the morning as you were able to hear the phone ringing and people talking.. maybe try go get a room in the 3rd or 4th floor.”
