Hotel a bit of a bargain. Fairly basic but staff helpful and friendly. Stayed for two nights-breakfast fabulous and again staff helpful and kind. Good location close to Kings Cross. Large hotel that’s being renovated (this didn’t cause any issues at all). Room was as expected, decent size and clean and as the window was open when we arrived well aired.

Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs.
