This is our worst hotel experience ever. we wouldn’t go here again. We were arranged to a room in downstairs just next to the restaurant. It wasn’t like a room at all, more like a passage to the emergency exit door and they make it a room. The carpet was dirty, the shower didn’t drain everything was in bad condition...

Ok so first let me say Ionly paid £66 for just one nyt in this hotel, so wasn't bothered to much by comments as just wanted somewhere to lay my head after a nyt on the town...I was greeted friendly at the front desk,no my bags were not carried up to the forth floor for me nor did I expect...

Having experienced quite decent hotels and even working in some, i find this place to be so far beyond the remit of an actual hotel, that it's laughable. Customer Service was practically non existent, we were just handed our key, not shown to our room just told it was on the 4th floor. There is no lift available, so had...

It was not the best hotel, dripping tap in my room, a shower that didnt drain, uneven stairs, down a flight of stairs to the toilet, no visitors! Very outdated, tiny room, but its location and friendly staff made it bearable. The breakfast was toast. Really just toast, coffee, and juice.

Guy on reception very nice, very friendly cannot fault him. Location excellent for tube etc., room poor, breakfast ok at best, price way too much for this standard of hotel. Wouldn't go here again, there are much better and cheaper hotels on the same road, try them first.

Good day! Lived in two rooms. Everything was fine the first two days. On the third day found the missing women's pajamas, reported this to the reception. At the reception promised to quickly fix the problem and was told that the next day everything will be okay. The next evening found the room after cleaning has remained open. Anything else...

This hotel is a great budget hotel. You are right that it is neither the best appointed, and not the most accessible. However this is priced along the same level as hostel accommodation and for the central location it is a terrific price. The staff are very friendly.

As most reviewers have said about this hotel, it is a horrible experience. Of all the hotel options available in London, this has to be among the worst. The location is great - near a tube stop, shops, restaurants, and sights. BUT SO ARE HUNDREDS OF OTHER HOTELS!! DON'T STAY HERE! It's not safe (if you are traveling along or...

I was somehow a bit At first, I was somehow a bit worried as I only saw all the bad reviews after I actually booked this hotel. Anyways, the location was the most important for me, so I thought I would give it a try. Believe me, it was a great hotel in the end… I arrived on Friday 1st...

The ground floor family room was rotten, bathroom partly moldy and the floor above us was making terrible noise when somebody walked on it. Continental breakfast was toast and jam, nothing more. We couldn't sleep in the room without earplugs. We asked the staff to do something about the noise from the room above, but despite several attempts all our...
