Good value for location. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Quiet, comfortable and clean room. Breakfast, included in our price, is in a busy canteen basement. It was a pleasant surprise to see the varied clientele, given the almost absolute silence of the rest of the hotel. No parking nearby, but there's an NCP not far away at London Arthur Court,...

Appalled at the manner in which reception desk staff spoke to me today, so much so we have cancelled our booking before we have even arrived. Staff member so rude and abrupt and didn't show any empathy towards my query, it wasn't her problem and I should like it or lump it, even the threat of booking cancellation didn't phase...

Considering the price and location was more than pleased with the hotel! Breakfast, though a little limited was also free. Doesn't tell you anywhere but you can get a hairdryer from reception. Only complaint we had was that the walls seemed quite thin and was difficult to get to sleep with doors opening and closing a lot.

Do you need a place to stay the night in London at a reasonable price? Caring hotel is for you. I got the single room (double sized bed) with a shower for a bit over £50. The bed was clean but not very comfortable. The room also came with a sink, wardrobe, chair, and a kettle. The shared bathroom was...

We stayed in Caring hotel for 5 nights and found it adequate for our needs. We didn't spend much time there other than sleeping, and spent the days out touring London. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Paddington, Bayswater, or Queensway stations (it is pretty much right in the middle of all of those) which was not...

I was in london for 3 nights / 4 days and chose to stay at Caring Hotel , which was location wise awsome, dot on the centre of London, walking distance from tube station and Hydle Park. The staff was very supportive and breakfast was continental and adequate. I booked the room with attached bath and got a good deal...

REally enjoyed our stay. Great location for us.Close to Hyde Park, the Tube, and a nice selection of eating choices (The Swan Pub, Hotel Blackmore, Greek just down the street) Vikita on reception was super. She had a great sense of humor. Enjoyed chatting with her each day of our stay. Very accommodating regarding our choice of room when we...

We stayed there over the bank holiday weekend and mostly picked it for its great location. The reception staff was great. The room was quite basic and we would have loved to know there were no amenities provided such as shampoo and shower gel, which I thought would be essential in a hotel (because that's a hotel not a hostel...)....

Stayed with my young son age 7, felt very safe in the neighbourhood a 2 min walk to Kensington gardens, nearest tube was Queensway or Bayswater. Queensway has many cafes and shops open very late a busy neighbourhood. Hotel small clean and good continental breakfast, note there is no lift so the very old or with babies may struggle with...
