This was my second time to stay there. I like this hotel for its great Location, Always Great Value of money and a very helpful front desk. Though they have a small reception however the people over there were really nice and friendly.

The room was deceptively smaller than the image on website, making it very claustrophobic. Tea making facilities wholly inadequate. Sitting or lying on the bed was the only option as this took up majority of the room. Bathroom was mainly clean however very small so much so that if you're over 5'6" you don't stand a chance of a decent... More

My husband and I recently stayed here for one night. Although the staff were very welcoming and helpful, we will not be returning to the hotel again! Our room was small but the bathroom was ridiculously small- so small it was similar to that on an aircraft... The biggest problem was the bed, it was SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!! The mattress is... More

We booked this because of the location, which was excellent with easy access to Paddington station and shops and pubs and parks. We also paid more for this hotel to have air conditioning, however, it was not working our first day. It was eventually fixed, but the front desk person gave us our room knowing the AC wasn't working and... More

I recently stayed at Castleton Hotel for one night with my partner and we were very impressed! I only looked at the Tripadvisor reviews on the train on our way to London and after seeing recent reviews I was quite worried about what the room would be like but our room was great. It seems like it had been re-decorated... More

The location was very good, very close to Paddington Station. The people at the front desk were very helpful. However the room was very small with no room for our luggage and basically no space to turn around. We booked a double room and one person had to sit on the bed to let the other pass. The bed was... A very popular Hotel literally down the road from Paddington Station. But book early 'cos it is popular with Domestic and International tourists alike. It took us less than 10 mins to walk from Paddington Station to the Castleton Hotel dragging our suitcases behind us. Don't take a Taxi, its just not worth the cost. The Hotel has 2 frontages... We had booked this room months ago because of its price and proximity to paddington station. It was super close to the station (drag your bags there close) and the price was not bad, considering where we were. However the bed was a double and the worst mattress we had slept on ever. One side was way worse than the... More

This hotel is situated very close to Paddington station. It's only a few minutes away. Our room was on the fourth floor it was quite small especially the shower. The shower is so small it feels like being on a small boat. However, we did not mind this as we only stayed for two nights and the room was clean.... More

Good points: a minute walk to/from Paddington Station. Free breakfast buffet. Bad points: tiny room with a small bed which was supposed to be double. The mattress was awful. It was low on one side with the spring sticking up enough to cause backache. Car parking spaces are limited and charge £20 per night.
