Stayed in Room 114. What a horrible place - it was a depressing basement room. Was booked in for 2 nights & checked out after 1 and found a new hotel. There was a huge draft coming in the window which I had to block...More

I am sorry to read that herbie747 had a less than pleasant stay at our hotel. I always make a habit of investigating complaints and responding to them accordingly. In this case I have to refute some of the claims made by Herbie747.

Parking will be an additional cost but it is well worth it for the convenience. Arrange parking through the hotel either before you arrive or on arrival with the hotel manager. Make sure you walk to Hyde Park (4 minutes from the hotel) and explore the local area. Local pubs for meals are excellent. The Victoria (Rolling Stones Ronnie Woods old drinking spot) is excellent and is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Enjoy London.
