The hotel is tired and shabby. To get to the rooms there are some very steep stairs, no lift that I saw. After climbing two flights with bags and suit cover it was a relief to arrive at the door. The decor is tired, dark brown paint and wood everywhere. The room was freezing as a window had been left...

This is the third time I have stayed here and I have accepted their idiosyncratic approach to the inner London budget hotel scenario because they have given me a decent room with comfy beds and a decent breakfast. I think the rot started with a bad experience with this Trip Advisor site and others offering good rates for this hotel...

Booked this hotel for myself and Daughter to stay in for two nights as I was running and she was playing in a darts comp in Southwark. Whilst the area is by far not the best part of London, the 45 bus stops outside and once in a warm welcome from the staff. The room was spotlessly clean, lovely shower,...

As younger girls staying for a business trip, I firstly have to say the location of this hotel is horrific - do not stay here on your own. I felt unsafe the entire duration of my stay, mainly due to the high lack of security and the fact that all there is between the Main Street and our rooms is...

The hotel was easy enough to find and for a cheap stay in London on the weekend booked last minuet, I wasn't expecting anything awesome. The bathroom was nice and clean and modern, the rest of the room seemed to have missed the renovation as the walls were dirty and carpets the same. The bed was comfy and clean ad...

Friendly and helpful staff Big room A/C fan in the room Far from "Underground" about 2 kilometers walk. Rough area - wouldn't let my wife/kids walk alone Very noisy area, could not sleep first night. Not very clean room - stains and pizza pieces on walls.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but in a discreet fashion, which I liked very much. Overbearing and overly keen reception staff really wind me up, these guys are just very professional. We checked out 20 mins late, due to a missed alarm, and they had no problems with that. Also, our key didn't work when we got in at...

Was not expecting to stay in London for the night as I was only supposed to be there for the day, but things soon became evident that the meetings would ran on so needed somewhere cheap for myself and a business associate to stay. Pasha was just around the corner and as soon as we walked in the staff made...
