The staff were friendly and helpful, but in a discreet fashion, which I liked very much. Overbearing and overly keen reception staff really wind me up, these guys are just very professional. We checked out 20 mins late, due to a missed alarm, and they had no problems with that. Also, our key didn't work when we got in at...

Was not expecting to stay in London for the night as I was only supposed to be there for the day, but things soon became evident that the meetings would ran on so needed somewhere cheap for myself and a business associate to stay. Pasha was just around the corner and as soon as we walked in the staff made...

I've got to say, I felt a bit unsafe approaching the hotel, but once inside I felt ok. I paid £55 for a single room, which of course is a bargain for an overnight stay in London. I was working the next day on Kennington road, so it was only 15min away (£9) in a taxi. The room was very...

Who ever graded this hotel clearly left with more money than they came in with!! Let's put it this way this is a 1* hotel. I've stayed in worst and like always you get what you paid for. I'm guessing you've read the horror stories or are about to before you've booked this hotel. I'm a born and bred londoner,...

Pros: - Reception staff are great! - Double/twin rooms are a good size - Large selection of toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, body cream, shower cap, cotton disks) - Easy access to central London Cons: - The place stinks! Hotel itself stinks of food. Rooms stink of feet and sewage - Lights don’t work in the bathroom - Only one large...

The location is perfect. Bus 12 is going straight to the Central London, a bus stop is just few steps away from the door. I asked for the ground floor room (no lift) and had it. The staff was very helpful, I had no adaptor and they borrowed it for free. A good experience.

I stayed at the Pasha Hotel lastnight. Reception staff were welcoming. Room (single) was basic but ok. Linen was clean as was the bathroom. General decor needs attention but definitely value for money. If it were spruced up, it would cost more. Dinner in the restaurant was good. Generous portions. Will definitely go back.
