The staff is rude and instead helping customers, they sit in the office and play games. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The room was small, had a good bed. Cleanness of the hotel is average. Breakfast was okay, again with a nicer staff it would be more enjoyable.

It maybe reasonable but the rooms were tiny, staff rude and ignorant. Breakfast was probably the worst greeting I have received from anyone ever. Had to assume what to do staff using domestic appliances no overalls or any protective clothing slovenly old man just picking food ghastly, nothing left. No dishwasher!

I travelled to London to purchase a car from car giant and due to the car having a fault present that needed rectifying, I needed to stay overnight. After a terrible day of waiting around and being passed from one department to another I booked a room at sapphire Hotel as having travelled down by overnight national express bus, I...

We stayed at the Sapphire Hotel for one night. My partner was at the football so we thought we would stay over and have a night in London. The hotel was very reasonably priced and in an ideal location. We travelled to the city in around 35 minutes by the tube and it was easy. The hotel was very clean...

I can't argue with the practicality of this place, it was cosy and clean and cost bugger all. Yes you did have to go to another place to check in but it was only a few doors down. The breakfast was basic also but that was fine too. I'd use it again.

Came for a weekend visit with friends for an event at the Apollo. Perfect location with it being only a 10 minute walk to the venue. Initial confusion with the check in location actually being based in a sister hotel called the emerald hotel a few doors down the road. Room was upgraded from a double to a double and...

We would never stay there. When we arrived, we had to check in at the pearl hotel (7doors along the road). My boyfriend arrived before me, which was already a problem, even though we contacted them before hand. Reception staff was very rude, before saying anything else, the room had to be paid. Only then were we informed that we...

We recently stayed at the Sapphire Hotel, London. It was close to the Hammersmith Bus Station (10 minute walk) which was exactly what we wanted. it was easy to find and as we got there earlier than check-in time we were able to leave our bags as the partnered hotel 7 doors down. The room was goods value for money...

For the price of the stay and my last minute reservations, this hotel was perfect. When we arrived the friendly receptionist allowed us to store our bags with him because it was not check in time yet. He gave us directions on how to get to a mall that was close by while we waited. When we returned he sent...

Given the price of this place and it's location we really don't feel there's room for complaint!! It's exactly what you should expect for the price we paid - yes it's small but for one night that's perfectly adequate. Everything worked fine and was clean, the reception arrangement was rather laid back but it did the job! If you're put...
