The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and there were enough tea and coffee in the room, with a water heater. The location is few minutes walk from the Italian Fountains at Hyde Park.

We stayed at this hotel because we were on a budget and it was a good location but I really just wish we paid a slight bit more and stayed somewhere nicer. Firstly, you have to go across the street to check in and out at a completely different hotel as there is not even a front desk or any...

There was just one guy in the reception dealing with everything. I arrived at 9pm after a 12 hour journey after seeing the fake photos on the internet but the service, cleanliness and comfort was zero. The room was dirty and no wifi . You had to pay for wifi.

It was a tiny and old room with a nice location. Reception was across the street at a different hotel. The hotel is dated with very minor renovations. There is a breakfast included with an acceptable selection!

I should thank the receptionist for letting me know where the farmacy was. The morning after my first night staying there I already realised bed bugs were on the mattress. Also I saw a mouse trap in the corridor by the entrance. This is far from a 3star hotel, at the most a 2star hotel.

We arrived at the hotel that looked so run down and dirty from the outside. On the door was a message to go the Westbourne hotel opposite to book in at their reception. This hotel appeared to be a 3 star accommodation. We were then kindly escorted to the Paddington to be shown 2 rooms, both were unacceptable as a...

The hotel was easy to find check in was quick and the staff were very pleasant. The room was cosy but very comfortable. It was a good location for the event we were going to. Check out was a bit stressful and they managed to use the wrong credit card to settle. I would return.

As I am reading these other reviews, I am puzzled as to why they are saying there is no lift and referring to "10 flights of stairs". The Pacific Hotel is only 4 stories tall, and there is a lift, albeit a small one to hold only one person at a time...but it was there and it is how I...

Cheap and cheerful , located in an excellent position to get around London . Rooms clean , clean towels and bedding . Lovely Continental breakfast daily that is plentiful . I can't understand why people moan about the place , if you want 1st class stay across the road ..... lots of stairs to climb but I would definitely stay...

After seeing this hotel had been rated 3* and saw the decent (fake) photos of this hotel, when we were arrived we were beyond disappointed. So disappointed that we paid £250 extra to stay at the Westbourne Hotel which was more than delightful. I broke down into tears when entering the small, dark, musty room. The prison wash basin topped...
