My husband and I stayed here for New Year's Eve. I wouldn't pay a lot of attention to bad reviews on here..some people will find fault with anything. We have a pretty good outlook and review things reasonably and fairly. It was fine for what we needed, just somewhere to sleep for the night. The receptionist was extremely helpful and...

Me and my girlfriend went to stay at this hotel today (15th October) for my bday weekend in London, we got to the hotel and were greeted by a miserable woman who sent us to a room on the 1st floor! We got to the room and there was a very very strong smell of paint, we had instant headaches...

Lovely sized room (3 person) for an overnight stay meeting up with friends. The windows were good at blocking out some of the noise considering it's right on the main road and loads of sirens went past. Room nice and clean. Shower powerful and water stayed hot! Mattress comfy and had a good night's sleep. Staff all friendly, but the...

This hotel is very good value. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was good being only one bus ride from central London (Victoria). Room was very clean and breakfast at £4 was good value. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit London.

My father was recently admitted to the Kings College Hospital and me and my mother stayed at The New Dome Hotel. This Hotel is very close to the Hospital about 10 minutes walk. The hotel was very clean and the staff very very helpful.

Deposit for remote control hahahahahahaha I thought that it is a joke but it wasn't. Also funny things...you have to left key to your room if you go out....

OK lets face it at £75 a night for a London hotel, I was not expecting much, and this hotel did not disappoint. I used it as a rather expensive bag drop, as we dont stay in the hotel, we went home after out night out instead. Could not face spending the night there as the matrice was so soft...

I was not expecting very much for the cheap price but was pleasantly surprised. Reasonably clean room with ensuite - much nicer than some budget hotels i had stayed in London for the same price. Also it is on the number 36 bus route that runs all day and night and brings you into central london in about 20 minutes.

Only real complaint is that there wasn't any curtain in our family room. Other than that, for the price we paid it was okay. We knew it wasn't close to any tube stations as we'd done research before staying there, this wasn't a problem for us but for people with limited mobility I wouldn't recommend staying here. Friendly staff. Clean...
