location, location, location. small room but if your looking for great helpful staff, a bed and bath this is the place. Hussain the mgr and his partner were very helpful with directions and very accomadating. The hotel is close to many sites and within walking distance to shops, the "tube" and bus station.

I will start by saying this is a review of the annex across the street. That said, on a just completed trip, I would say pretty much everything is new: paint, carpet, tile, bath. Totally clean. My room was a single so small, and top floor so it had funny sloping ceilings. Bath was of course tiny but new, new,...

If only I had researched it myself instead of relying on someone else! Having to stay in a place like this only confirms why its best to research and book a hotel yourself and use a site such as this to aid the process. £121 a night for b&b in a basement room with the tube, noisy neighbours and screaming...

I booked this hotel last minute on a quick trip to visit London. I wanted a place that was cheaper and was located close to the Victoria station as I had an early flight back to France. I also wanted to make sure that I had my own bathroom facility without having to share with others on the same floor....

My office put me in this hotel ... they normally opt for the Thistle, which is over twice the price for rubbish service, and I will definitely urge them to use Comfort Inn in future. Its a decent price (please understand that London is super-expensive for hotels, and Victoria is considered a prime location). Rooms are modern and clean even...

The hotel is ideally situated across the road from Victoria Coach Station, so when my coach arrived at 21:45 I didn't have to walk very far (in the dark in a strange City) to find it. Check in was quick and easy; I was taken to my room (#614) which was a basement room located across the road from the...

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in both in terms of the proper and the staff. We were a group of 6 and had booked three rooms for a London layover in December. We thought this would be a decent option as it was close to Victoria station, cheap and had decent rating. It was most definitely NOT....

I stayed on a Sunday night and paid just £49 via LateRooms so I can't really grumble at the quality of the hotel. To be honest, it ticked all the basic boxes you need - TV, shower, clean towels which for me are the essentials. I asked to not be placed in a basement room (they are where all the...

I stayed at the Hotel Comfort inn Buckingham Palace Road on February 17 to 19. The location is great, just around the corner of the Victoria station, and very close to the station were most of the important tours goes out. The room was very small, as well as the bathroom, but ok considering the price (compared to other hotels...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
