Where to start!! Our bathroom door didn't close or lock, one of our windows was jammed shut AND our door took a tremendous effort just to lock. We left our hotel room at 7pm one night and when we returned at 12 our door was wide open! And when we spoke to staff we were told the manager is the...

I was a little nervous to stay here after reading some of the reviews on here. However I think it is clear that these are two separate hotels (albeit obviously run by the same people as they share a reception). I stayed in the Tudor Inn, which is the one across the road from reception. Room was TINY but so...

Complete joke, the innovation of the toilet being conjoined to the shower cubicle is handy if you "need to go" mid scrub however not a task I partake in often. The bed and the angles of the ceiling/wardrobe/door gave you the feeling of sleeping on a sunken shipwreck, the current state of one of titanics 3rd class dorms at the...

Really odd place. If you lived somewhere in India and accept those non-hygienic standards of living, then it's ok to stay here. Otherwise, do not enter. Dirty, scary, no blankets (only sheet and thin bed cover). Bed covers and towels not washed up, only steamed. Piles of dust everywhere. Low heating. Breakfast only toasts with butter and jam and 3...

Extremely SMALL rooms. The reception was not even in the same building, but belonged to another hotel across the street. The rooms were very clean but the smallest ones I have seen. It was ok since I was there with my boyfriend, but I dont think it would have worked out together with a friend or some other family member....

I visited the Tudor inn hotel a few months ago, it was a pleasant experience and there was kind and helpful staff I don't understand why there is so much bad reviews I acctually enjoyed my experience.

I was appalled when I telephoned to book a room for myself, my DH and his guide dog (Jack) when I was abruptly informed ''we don't take pets!'' When I politely informed them that Jack is NOT a pet but a guide dog, I was told that they just dont take ANY animals. I said it was illegal and i'd...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.

“The rooms we had were TINY. In one you had to climb over the bed to reach the hanging cupboard which was not big enough to take a dress or full length coat. The shower is also TINY - anyone overweight would have trouble turning round in it. However, the shower itself was good.”
