My friend is a member and stays regularly in YHA's in London . We stayed in a 6 bed dorm . My friend was recovering from a injury and requested a bottom bunk which was honoured no problem . Room was lovely and clean and for a crash pad for a night out I cannot complain . Breakfast was a...

easy to find, central London location. The hostel staff were all very friendly and welcoming, very good value for money. Was great to be able to book a room with a double bed for myself and my partner. Excellent value for money for an overnight stay.

The biggest struggle with searching for a good place to stay, is to find a cheap price with good location. YHA Noel st. was certainly the best option I've found. Except for some dust on the shelves, it was absolutely worth its price, and the stuff was really great though :) I hope I will get an opportunity to come...

I stayed in this hostel for 2 nights with my 2 young kids. We had a private family room and paid £75 per night. I'm really pleased with my choice, I'd never stayed in a YHA hostel before, but I wouldn't hesitate to book again. The value is fantastic. Kids had the bunks and I had a comfy single bed....

Very good located near Oxford street and picadilly circus. The stuff is very nice. I had a problem with a room mate and they changed my room. Bad thing their is no elevator in the hostel only to the rezeption.

This was the first time that I stayed in a hostel. To be honest, I really didn't know what to expect. I looked at the YHA Oxford Street Hostel based on 1) the very positive reviews on Tripadvisor, 2) the amazing location along Oxford Street, and 3) the very reasonable cost. This hostel met and exceeded my expectations in many...

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
