You know what you get with Premier - every time: fast or automated check-in, email invoice, decent and reasonably priced bar, dinner and breakfast if you choose, very comfortable bed, reasonable rooms and basic bathrooms. For me it takes the guesswork out of where to stay - and at the end of a long day I like reliable over interesting....

Just returned from a 4 day stay at this hotel and found it spotlessly clean everywhere and with friendly helpful staff - as good as any 4* hotel. You have to use your room 'key' to access the lifts which gives an added sense of security to the place. Often when away from home you look forward to getting back...

Can't really be faulted for efficiency. Just disappoined that WiFi login did not recognise my name in any permutation, so had to give up. Whilst reception always available to help, it was not convenient to ask at the time.

This hotel is conveniently close to EARL'S COURT UNDERGROUND AND NIGHT BUS SERVICE. friendly sevie and clean facilities make up for the rather bland chain hotel decoration. Compared to many4* HOTELS IN LONDON I much prefer this.

I was in this hotel for a business visit. Compared to other premier inn hotels, this room was a bit smaller. The bed was, as usual, really comfortable. The bathroom was was clean, yet maintenance on the sanitary seemed needed (toilet and water fountain did not flush quite well). Also no hear dryer in the room Internet was quite slow....

Stayed 2 nights as in London for wedding. Good location. Decor, rooms etc. are the same as any other Premier Inn, which offers very good value, especially in Central London. Only negative was that the room was a bit cold and took ages to warm up. Went to reception to ask for an iron and ironing table. Said would attend...

We stayed here for a long week-end from Thursday, 30, to Monday, 3 November, to celebrate my brother's birthday in London. We had rooms beside each other on the 5th floor in the building across the bridge from the main building. We heard absolutely no noise from outside and inside the hotel had signs up in the bedroom corridors emphasising...

The staff are really polite and friendly here. Hotel is in an ideal location, only around the corner from the Earl's Court tube station. All of the hotel is kept clean. Good food for breakfast and evening meal, well worth having the meal deal voucher. Drinks are reasonable price and there is happy hour 5-7 Monday till Thursday, buy one...

Good location, easy walk from the tube station, 30 minutes on the tube to Heathrow. We stayed for one night on halloween. The staff were all in fancy dress and made us very welcome. We ate in at the restaurant. The meal was fine but the service a little slow.

We really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The staff were lovely as was the restaurant and room. The only negative aspect was coming back to our beds which we'd previously thought of as comfortable! Thank you Premier Inn.

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
