We had 2 rooms. They were on the top floor. No elevator and very narrow steep staircases. Was 72 stairs to our room, 8 flights of stairs and 93 down to breakfast room. My single room was a broom closet. No room what so ever. Bathroom has shower/toilet/sink, neither of which you could stand between and I opened the door...

INNKEEPER’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 15 March 2017

We stayed here just one night en route from Portugal back home to Canada, because the hotel was close to the Gatwick Express. Was very impressed with the room - although very small, it was clean and comfortable - the bathroom was recently renovated and had an amazing rainshower head! And the beds were super comfortable with quality linens; one...

My review is about single room! I don't know how double room looks at this place so you might have a different experience. First of all, when I book a room I always check if it has a bathroom/shower and toilet. In this case it says : "private bathroom and toilet" which I assumed will be in my room. IT...

Very well connected to the City, walking distance to Victoria station. Some restaurants around to eat. But the room was so tiny that there was room to even place your luggage on the floor. Beside, placed at the 4th floor, no elevator, and the staircase so narrow and stip that it was hard to climb it even with a small...

I don't know where to start the pictures are very deceiving if I could give it a zero I'd give it minus 5 simply because they have taken high quality pictures making the room 10 times bigger than it is honestly guys nothing against nobody but £110 if I'd known I'd have spend an extra £100 pounds or more very...

It is a small four-floor hotel with a perfect location (10 minutes walk from the Victoria railway station). The staff very friendly and helpful. The triple-bed room was average (~25m2), with a beatiful bathroom. The only problem was the noise from outside at the night. (A few meters from the window a aircooling unit is installed.) The breakfast was average...

We booked this hotel because it was close to Victoria Station and the Gatwick Express. The hotel itself is extremely easy to find, and a short 4/5 minute walk from the station. We were warmly greeted and our bags taken to our room for us. The room was small, but not ridiculously so, and very clean and modern. Perfectly workable....

Nice little modern hotel in a nice old style house layout. Comfy bed with a great bathroom the shower was a madness, so big and beaut! Definitely recommend someone to stay here. Not too far away from city centre and if you don't want the 30 minute walk, an uber is only 8 quid! Just for slight improvement-the drain in...

The hotel is well located, about 500 m from Victoria Station. There is plenty of restaurants and pubs around. The neighbourhood is good. The hotel has recently been newly decorated and seems to be a family owned business. Rooms are small, but not tiny. After all, for the price category (my rate was under 100 GBP), you cannot expect more...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
