We used this hotel as it is known to us although we haven.t stayed there before. Close to the DLR station, bus station, Asda across the road with cheap petrol for the car to top up for the drive home plus the benefits of attentive staff in both the hotel and restaurant, a good night's sleep in a spacious room...

During a recent two-night stay we experienced very attentive Reception staff, in a generally OK hotel, well up to Premier Inn's usual standards. One could complain about road noise, but this would be somewhat unfair in a London location, and like very many hotels, minor operational issues were apparent in the room, but none detracted from our enjoyment of the...

Located very well at 100 meters far from the DLR station. A convenient point for visiting London, the City or Canary Wharf without paying in excess. A good quality for the price. Quiet nights and a decent breakfast .

My friend and I stayed here for 1 night as it was very convenient for visiting the Tower of London and London zoo. We checked in and were told we had a top floor room but the lift was broken. We asked for a room on the ground or first floor as my friend has problems with stairs and were...

Enjoyed our stay, brilliant location for the 02 as its next door to the DLR rail station and from there we got on the Emirates cable car which was great. Breakfast was good, just one complaint- No Wifi during our stay for which the staff apologised. Would definitely stay there again when going to the 02.

I have stayed in this hotel on a weekly for the last 6 weeks having spent around £2500 on accommodation and food and this is the first negative review I have ever given. Seems to be a gradual decline overall whether it be customer service or general cleanliness of corridors and the WIFI was down, this stay was in the...

Arrived early so rooms weren't ready, not a problem .... straight to the bar! Went back at 2pm to check in and only one room was ready so had to wait another 15 minutes, however they did offer us a room which wasn't next to the one we had which we declined. Rooms as you would expect from.premier Inn, clean...

Not the usual standard of greeting we would expect from our many stays. Bed was hard and creaky. did not mention it to staff as was put off by the way we'd been greeted. Our worse stay yet and I have used your hotels on a yearly basis since 2007
