Lovely hotel, I asked for a room with a view and we certainly got that. The hotel was close enough for us to walk to all the sites and within a 10 min walk from Victoria station. The room was lovely and clean and well equipped too. The size was big enough for what we required. We would definitely choose...

Stayed one night. If the reviews are anything to go by, the Belgrave Road is full of dodgy hotels, but The Belgrave is definitely not one of them. Modern and very clean, price was reasonable by London standards, good breakfast (incl. really excellent pastries), friendly helpful staff, free newspapers. The room and bathroom was tiny, which I've come to expect...

For the price, the location is excellent; a 5 minute walk to Pimlico tube and easy to reach Victoria. The service was polite and the staff went the extra mile to return some belongings that we left in the room. As mentioned in the other reviews, the rooms are small, but for an overnight stay they had everything we needed....

We arrived at the hotel fairly late in the evening on a very cold night. The hotel foyer was warm and cosy and the staff helpful and efficient. Our room was on the third floor at the back; it was small, as expected, but comfortable with attractive modern décor and very clean. Unfortunately the room was very, very cold as...

Firstly Belgrave Road is full of similar boutique hotels and many have similar names. This one is at 80-86 Belgrave Road, a little further from the others but perfectly located for us due to being just 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station and just 30 minutes walk from Westminster (a brilliant location to watch the Lord Mayor Fireworks from, buy...

On arrival the foyer was glitzy with lovely seating areas, very clean and tidy and good customer service when checking in. The room we had was an executive double @ £157 for the night (double usually means a kingsize bed but no, they are double beds). I called reception and asked for a room with a bigger bed but they...

This beautiful hotel is in the perfect location. The decor is very modern and my room was spotlessly clean. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was lovely too. I would definitely recommend.

I stayed here a week or so ago and booked online. When I turned up to the hotel reception asked for the reservation number and pin, which I provided. They were struggling to find my reservation, after searching both our names they still couldn't find the booking. I then handed over my phone to the reception with my confirmation of...

I really want to give the Belgrave a better rating. It's in a great location - quiet yet close to two tube stops and a number of good pubs close by. The hotel is nice - modern decor, good room, very comfortable. Breakfast is simple but good - basic continental. The service for us was lacking. We didn't get housekeeping...

We are are just back from London and spent 2 lovely nights by the Belgrade hotel. The hotel is well situated (between 2 metro stations 5 min walking, next to a bus stop 1 min walking), extremely clean, our room was not so big but really cosy, quiet and functional, the breakfast was excellent and finally the staff was really...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
