We stayed only two nights and spent very little time at the hotel other than sleeping but our room was perfectly comfortable and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The staff on reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I think it's perfect because it's located in a quiet neighborhood (where you can get a good night's sleep) but the Pimlico tube station is a 5 minute walk away. There you can get the tube and be in the more touristy areas... More

Both options are available. I forgot to select breakfast option while booking so I paid there for breakfast.
