It was never going to be the ritz but I didn't pay ritz prices! I was worried about what I would turn up to after reading the reviews but the staff were friendly, the bed was comfy, a hairdryer was included and we got an ensuite bathroom in a really expensive location for a good price. Would definitely stay again!

Booked a family room, for check in at 13.30. Arrived 13.45 and was told by man on reception should be between 18.00 and 19.00. Agreed to let us in due to children needing the toilet. Paid extra £5.00 for wifi and £3.50 each for breakfast. Family room was up 4 flights of stairs (fortunately we had no pram!), and on...

Never reviewed a hotel before. Good or bad. This place is awful. Just an awful awful "hotel". Pay more money or stay further out of the city and get a taxi in. Absolutely disgusting. AVOID!!!!! Check the pictures. Upside down sockets, TV that doesn't work, paper walls and ceiling with squeeky floorboards above. I'm not a moany person and not...

As a gay man I had company come over. The wall are thin as. Gapping gaps in the doors. After my friend left, I closed the door. I then get this hard thumping on...

I am absolutely appalled by conditions in this hotel On arrival we were allocated a quad room in which we had been in for over a hour when reception stated we needed to pay extra of total £89.00, which I refused they continued to put three of us in a very small room with one bed , I complained again...

The hotel is dirty, the toilet had a horrid stench, even as we were checking in. The carpet was dirty. As I was checking in, I could see dirt and dust swept and piled under the staircase. The room was unusually small; we could not even fit in two suitcases, leave alone the hand luggage. We checked in and checked...

    Staying in Pimlico

    Neighbourhood Profile
    Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
