This is a Good value clean hotel for a stay outside the Big City. The area will not be for everyone, but taking into consideration the amount you get charged nearer to the city, this hotel offers good value for anights stay.

Sainsbury and Tescos easy walking distance. Penge high street is the closest for pubs and restaurants, but nothing high end. short taxi in to Beckenham and you'll find some nicer places.
