Well. What can I say about this hotel? It would be disrespectful to say that "you get what you pay for" because we paid £98 for one night and truly the room is only worth £50 in my opinion. Rooms are small (typical domestic bedroom size), the walls are dirty with cracks running down them and the shower is old...

worst experience ever for my children the manager upset my son and was very rude after asking for extra sugar and milk i did not want my children to go out for a couple of days on a once in a life time experience and go to a hotel and be spoken to in the manner that they did and...

I have stayed here twice. Each time because it has been in close proximity to an event I attended. Both times I have been in the 'basement' room at the back of the hotel. I have no issue with this, it was simply for a place to sleep. It's clean and convenient. Bed was made every day. The wifi has...

Picked this hotel as it was only for one night, reasonably priced (for London) and situated reasonably close to Olympia to suit our needs. Reviews seemed generally positive. Arrived in the evening and greeted by surly member of staff who just grunted and immediately felt unwelcome and an inconvenience. Booked in at reception (a table in the breakfast room) by...

Unwelcome greeting by the staff, no hello or anything just want my ID. Room was adequate very small however clean and the bedsheets were too thats as good as it gets here. I got no sleep at all, I found the floor better to sleep on. The constant noise from tvs to people slamming doors and conversations was frustrating especially...

I've slept there for 2 nights. The room was very small and the bathroom as well but they were both clean, and that's the most important thing. I've hated the breakfast. The room was too small and the food was not the one I like. I just ate yogurt and bread (few small pieces for too many people). Tube and...

We were going to an event at the Apollo so this hotel was very convenient for us, about a ten minute walk away. The room we had was small with a 3/4 double bed and a small single bed not much floor space, no wardrobe, hangers were supplied on a luggage rack on the wall. Small well appointed and decorated...

The 2 person beds were on the small side (maybe 140 cm wide) and not of the best quality. The breakfast is really simple, it would have been nice to have some other choice then toast as bread. The location is good as it's close to Shepherd's bush

Been in this hotel for a night. As most of the hotel, the room was small. Staff was very nice. The breakfast is close to be non existing. Cheap. A good address for a short stay. Very clean and tidy. A bit noisy as the isolation is far to be the best.

Rooms small and basic but clean and tidy. Bathroom modern but compact. We were on the basement level, our room was at the back and quiet, others travelling with us said road was a little loud at the front of building. Breakfast fine basic eggs, beans, toast, cereals etc. Guests did have to wait to be seated. We only needed...
