Today I was served at the reception by a team member named Annabelle, she provided me with excellent service and upgraded my room for free. Will be returning because of her! Deanne was outstanding. Really supportive an gave us a sold me a wonderful breakfast.

The room was very nice had a good sleep. The bar staff Deanne was so helpful in sorting my work colleagues and myself food out of hours as we had been working nights. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying there again

Room was nice with big L shape window with decent view. Deanne at the bar was great she cooked a great meal out of hours as we was working nights. Nothing was too much for Deanne. Thanks Deanne for making it a great stay. We will see you next time 😁

Room was great with a corner window and dock view. Deanne was fantastic. Went out of her way to accommodate for my gluten intolerance. Thankyou for catering for me and my colleagues while we visited from Birmingham.

Nice spacious room, cosy beds and staff helpful. In particular Deanne was really helpful and welcoming at the front desk. The hotel is conveniently a short walk to the DLR station and excel making it great for business trips. It's also much cheaper that the hotels around.

Wahida is a very good receptionist, helped me with anything and was very nice overall. Room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed, good space and intuitive showers. The windows and curtains full block the light and the noise in an impeccable way, since the hotel is next to the airport.

Wahida was incredible and I made a real connection with her. Firstly she welcomed me with an incredible energy. Then she checked me in early which was really helpful because I Han an appoito attend. I later found out we both lived in the netherlands! My first impression of the hotel was that it was clean and organized. I've stayed at other hotels near by and was happier with this one. My room smelled fresh and despite it being a "standard size" I am very satisfied. TRAVEL LODGE ROCKS

Like to say that’s to Wahida who was extremely helpful and kind. I learnt about the train strike and was panicking - she accommodated us happily and with patience and moved my room to a bigger room so my husband could come over night and stay with me to drive me back home. Other staff are also friendly and always happy to talk to you even when you come back late after a big day in the conference and so tired . The location is perfect close to Excel where I needed to be for a conference. Noting to complain and I come back again.

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. The breakfast bar had a very good selection and the taste was spot on. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Location is brilliant. We stayed here to do the usual London tourist activities and DLR was very close by so transport is not an issue. Also an excellent view to see airplanes landing and noise is not an issue.
