Very good, brilliant location in central london. Cheap and breakfast provided is pretty nice. I stayed here as a student and its location is perfect, kings cross euston, russel square are a 5 minute walk. UCL is 10 mins away and LSE 15 minutes. The rooms although are a bit small but they're good enough to spend time alone. Both... More

The B&B accommodation is opened for visitors/tourists in the school holidays only. I booked the accommodation directly via the website of the University of London(http://vacations.london.ac.uk/), after reading the limited reviews online and searching the photos of the hall. I booked an en-suite single room (with independent bathroom) at cost £47 per night. The room is much bigger than I thought.... More

I've stayed at many University of London residence halls, and am generally happy with the location, food, staff and lack of noise. Over the years, I've stayed at Connaught Hall (excellent!), International Hall (fine) and Canterbury Hall. Canterbury hall is the most battered of the three. My room was located on the ground floor and next to the stairway, so... More

I spent a night here when the Wimbledon madness descended on London. My Mum & I couldn't find a place to stay so we ended up here. Its in such a good location for any tourist. Its about a 10-15 minute walk (with a heavy suitcase) from Kings Cross/St. Pancras. Its actually near Russell Square tube & Covent Garden is... More

Well located (close to russell square and kings cross stations). Waitrose is a short walk away. The room is very clean and comfortable, this is great value for money considering the hotels across the road charge almost triple per night. Covent Garden is 2.5 kms away. The internet connection is reliable.

I spent 3 nights here in June 2012 and wouldn't hesitate to return. It is great value (£45.50 a night for an ensuite single room), comfortable and in a safe, central location near Russell Square tube. Plenty of eating and drinking places, and supermarkets, a few minutes walk away. There is free broadband and access to a kitchenette if you... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighbourhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
