Location is great and easy to find from Victoria tube train and bus station. Great communication with the company and helpful for us getting the keys and an extra set We had a top floor place, one bedroom ensuite with kitchen, all very clean and cleaned once during our stay which was a great bonus. Negatives of the place are...

The noise in the Basement flat from the Tube is horrendous. Then moved to 1st floor where you can still hear the underground (the vibrations from the underground make the wine glasses rattle if they are beside each other). Ended up booking a hotel for a few nights to get a good sleep Servicing - good level of cleanliness, however...

as others have described this is very centrally located and in very easy reach of shops and attractions. I had the top floor apartment up fairly steep and narrow stairs but ok with a medium sized case. the room / facilities were generally clean with some signs of wear and tear that you'd expect - compared to most London accommodation...

The location is good. 200 yards from Victoria, 10 mins walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park. All in all quite convenient. We found a few decent, reasonably priced restaurants within 10 mins walk + supermarkets if you want to eat in. Apartment was clean, quite nicely decorated and bed was comfy. Kitchen area is compact but ok for breakfasts...

We booked the LBS apartments on line and our booking experience was excellent - Rebeca got back to us quickly, answered our questions, and explained that she could not guarantee that we would get the room we wanted (we didn't want a basement) but would do their best. Sure enough we were in the top floor, so that was all...

Lower Belgrave Apartments are in an excellent location for walking to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. Also very close for Hop ion Hop off bus. The studio apartment was big enough for two of us but very noisy with a hotel across the road and the bottles being collected at 4 a.m. each morning. Also, had to negotiate steps with...

On paper the Lower Belgrave Street Apartments sound great. Located 5 minutes from Victoria Station, they're centrally located and close to a major transport hub and restaurants. The apartment was compact, featuring a comfy bed, a small table/chairs, TV plus a modest kitchenette and bathroom. Décor is fairly neutral and inoffensive. Free Wireless is also provided. Returning to the apartment...

I stayed here for a week, on my own, for business. Great spot right next to Victoria - very handy for public transport, shops etc. Nice studio apartment, really comfy bed, small table and chairs. Good option if you'd rather have more space than a hotel in this price range and the option of self catering. Quite a few drawbacks...
